Passport
This depends highly on the home affairs in your area. But usually does not take longer than 4 weeks after application.
Police clearance
This can easily be attained at your local police station. It may take up to 15 days to process. An online application is possible. But it still requires the applicant to do a walk in at a local police station for fingerprints.
For Host Families
Once you have had your interview with your chosen candidate. An invitation letter from you will be needed to start the process. Should the Au-pair be from a non EU country.
This is available to you from our agency. Including a ready to sign Au-pair contract, between you the Host family and the Au-pair.
We also highly recommend this Au-Pair insurance: https://www.dr-walter.com/versicherungen/au-pair24.html
